Description
For the Spring-Summer 2021 ready-to-wear fashion show, Maria Grazia Chiuri presents a new piece named Dior Palto. The style is inspired by the Diopaletot creation designed for the Fall-Winter 1957 collection and revealed in Japan by Daimaru in collaboration with Christian Dior. Crafted in a denim-effect bonded technical cotton, the reversible style is blue on one side yet reveals a Dior Oblique motif on the other, with a ‘Christian Dior’ signature band on the back. The three-quarter sleeve long jacket skims every silhouette with elegance and boldness while remaining relaxed and comfortable, in an ode to freedom of movement. Maria Grazia Chiuri pursues her committed approach to the origin of fashion, the type of cut and the essence of the garment.
